We
take great care in the raising of our animals to provide optimum
conditions
- plenty of space, air, and sunlight; no hormones or stimulants;
minimal medical intervention; and balanced
healthy feed. We keep the animals on our Certified Organic pastures
as long as possible, with
a winter ration of our own Certified Organic forage to develop
healthy Omega-3 levels. Meat is
handled in our own or a local licensed abbatoir, then aged for
a specified time for optimum tenderness.
All meat is shipped frozen.
